Charlotte has practised in the field of Intellectual Property since 2001, working primarily in the life sciences sector.
Charlotte also has wide experience of patent enforcement and defence globally. As well as being highly experienced before the UK Intellectual Property Office and European Patent Office, Charlotte has a notable knowledge of the patent systems of many other key jurisdictions.
Charlotte was a partner in a large firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys in the UK before establishing Secerna LLP in May 2011. She is also a non-executive Director of PAMIA, the body that provides professional indemnity insurance to the patent profession.
