Jason has practised in the field of Intellectual Property since 1994, working primarily in the advanced engineering, electronics and ICT sectors.

Jason co-founded Secerna LLP in May 2011. He advises highly innovative companies including many global corporations on how best to protect their Intellectual Assets and mitigate competitor threat.

Jason frequently offers strategic advice on patent drafting and prosecution worldwide and opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO). He also helps clients create patent portfolios in emerging technical fields as well as clearing the way for clients as they seek to penetrate new markets.
