Sam is a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney who helps Secerna’s clients to protect their trade mark rights with commercially focussed strategies tailored to suit the individual needs of clients.

 

Sam excels in dealing with various trade mark matters including clearance searching, filing strategies, prosecution, opposition proceedings, recordals, enforcement, and portfolio management.

 

Before entering the trade mark profession, Sam graduated with degree in Law at Durham University in 2018 with upper second class honours. He then completed the Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary’s University of London and the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Trent University. 

 

Sam qualified as a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney in the summer of 2022 and joined Secerna in late 2024 to bolster their trade mark practice.
